Garden Residence is a 14-unit rental housing project that preserves the garden of a former residence amid ongoing urban redevelopment. The building is arranged alongside the existing landscape, with semi-outdoor circulation spaces and three-meter-deep balconies bringing residents into close contact with the greenery. Inspired by the traditional Japanese folk house floor plan, each apartment features interconnected rooms with sliding partitions, allowing flexible use of space.
